Jawharjian Law Offices, LLC is managed by its principal, Hagop S. Jawharjian. Hagop has been a resident of the State of Rhode Island since 1970, when his family immigrated to the United States. Hagop attended the Providence and North Providence public schools and graduated from North Providence High School in 1980. Thereafter, Hagop attended and graduated from Providence College in 1984 with a BA in Political Science. Hagop then graduated from the New England School of Law in 1988.
Following his graduation from law school, Hagop worked as a senior hearing officer for the City of Boston Transportation Department. Hagop moved back to Rhode Island in 1990 and began practicing law with a small boutique real estate law firm, then with a large Kent County Insurance Defense firm where he became the lead workers’ compensation attorney upon the elevation of his mentor to the position of an Associate Justice of the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court. In 1994, Hagop opened his own office, Jawharjian Law Offices, which he has been the principal up to the present.
As the owner and principal of his own office, Hagop has been handling legal matters as a general practice attorney. In this capacity, he handled cases in many areas of law. As a solo practitioner, Hagop has leveraged technology to compete and win against larger firms.
When not working diligently on behalf of his clients, Hagop enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, coaching youth sports in town, volunteering on numerous boards, or enjoying walks with his dogs.
